Finalist teams have been selected for the 2018 Berkeley Haas Tech Challenge. Check back for updates on the event.

For more information about this year’s application process: Are you an MBA student interested in the technology industry? Are you switching careers and want to gain hands-on experience in the space? Are you looking for unparalleled access to a tech industry leader?

 

Application process

Round 1: Teams submit written applications (due 10/17). Applications consist of 2 short essays and resumes from each MBA team member. 8 finalist teams will be selected from a diverse range of MBA programs,

Round 2: 8 finalist teams will be invited to Berkeley, CA for a multi-day case competition with Amazon. The competition will include networking events, presentations, and a finale party. Some background materials for the final round case will be provided in the weeks leading up to the case, but the actual case will only be released and completed during the weekend of Nov. 8-10th. Food and lodging will be provided for the duration of the event.

Key dates:

Application opened: October 5th

Deadline for submission: October 17th

Application results announced: October 20th

Final Round: November 8-10 in Berkeley, CA (select participants only)

 

Applications details:

Each team must consist of four people currently enrolled in an MBA program. We are looking for teams with a diverse range of skill sets, backgrounds, and industry expertise. Teams with gender diversity, and at least one applicant with an international background or work experience, are strongly encouraged to apply.
